Community Information
Fox Ridge Homeowners Association is comprised of 397 lots and located in Wentzville, Missouri. The Association is professionally managed by G.S. Phillips & Co. Inc. Development of the Association began in the mid-2000's and is currently in it's final phase. The Association is governed by a three-member Board of Directors. These volunteer homeowners are dedicated to ensuring the community is kept in good order and repair, and the property values of each and every homeowner are protected.

Next Annual Owners Meeting:
November of 2023 at Wentzville City Hall
Owners are invited to attend the 2023 annual owners meeting and election scheduled to occur TBD. You will receive your official meeting notice via mail, as well as the proxy form to complete if you will not be attending the meeting, about 60 days ahead of the meeting.

For this reason, we have taken steps to safeguard our staff through the elimination of our office space. As our staff works entirely remotely, the mailing address you have is only a post office box, so please do not visit our "office" assuming you will be able to meet with someone. If you would like to schedule a meeting with your Community Manager, please do so by contacting them directly. We are happy to meet on site at your home, or elsewhere that is convenient for you.
